Premiere Napa Valley (Trade Only)

For nearly two decades, Napa Valley's top winemakers have auctioned futures of innovative, ultra-boutique, one-of-a-kind wines, crafted in as few as 60 bottles and never more than 240, as individual offerings for the portfolio known as Premiere Napa Valley. Produced in California's renowned Napa Valley, Premiere Napa Valley is one of the rarest wine brands in the world.
This year’s special five case contribution is our 2014 “The Mayor” Cabernet Sauvignon from the historic Pellet Vineyard that dates to 1863 and is among the earliest vineyards in St. Helena.

ASH Premiere Trade Tasting (Trade Only)

On the Thursday before PNV, we’ll be pouring an advance sneak peek of “The Mayor”, plus other current release wines at our annual ASH event at Raymond Cellars. This is a trade only event and we regret that the public cannot be invited. Members of the trade may attend by registering at http://bit.ly/1RKFBdr.
This year, our five case lot of 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon “The Mayor” is comprised of 100% Estate fruit from the historic Pellet Vineyard, and is an evenly proportioned blend of Clone 4 and Clone 337 Cabernet Sauvignon, with a bit of Merlot. Henry Pellet was the first “Mayor” of St. Helena, and this “Mayor” it is vibrant and complex, packed with flavors of dark jammy fruit, hints of chocolate and spice, and has silky tannins with a seductive mouth-feel.
